Flower Farm: Located on the west side of the property (not marked) you’ll find rows of beautiful zinnias, cosmos and sunflowers. If you’d like to pick, please visit the farmstand for more information.

Fields: Encompassing the entire 5 acres of the property, but mainly located on the West and North sides. Paths have been mowed throughout for your convenience. PLEASE STAY ON THE PATHS. Walking through or damaging the vegetation impacts future blooms and the experience for everyone who visits.

Gardens: The landscaped gardens reside closest to the house. Please stay on the grass and mulched paths here as to not damage the perennial flowers, and to leave it looking nice for others to enjoy.

Coop: Feel free to photograph around the outside of the coop and take a peek inside the coop through the windows, but please do not enter the coop.

Camper: Located on the west side, this vintage camper is a fun additional to a boho style photo shoot. Please do not go inside.

Sunflower Field: Expected to bloom mid August!

RULES

1. No Altering the Landscape: The natural beauty of the property must be preserved. Please do not move, remove, or alter any plants, trees, or landscape features. Stay on paths and mowed areas. Do not venture off paths into fields and crush vegetation. Any damages incurred may result in additional charges to cover repair costs/loss of revenue for subsequent use.

2. Respect the Property: All guests must respect the property and its surroundings. Avoid loud noises, littering, or any behavior that may disturb the peace of the area.

3. Leave No Trace: The property should be left in the same condition as it was found. Dispose of all trash properly and ensure no personal items are left behind.

4. Supervise Children and Pets: If children or pets are present, they must be supervised at all times to prevent damage to the property and ensure their safety.

5. Parking Restrictions: All vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Do not park on grass or any unpaved areas to avoid damaging the landscape.

6. Time Limits: The rental period must be strictly adhered to. Any additional time spent on the property beyond the agreed rental period will incur additional charges.

7. Liability and Insurance: The photographer and guests must assume full responsibility for any damage or injuries that occur on the property during the rental period. Proof of liability insurance may be required before admittance.

8. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property to prevent fire hazards and littering.

9. Equipment Use: Any photography equipment brought onto the property must be used in a manner that does not damage the grounds or structures. Avoid using stakes or heavy equipment that may leave marks or damage the property.

10. Restricted Areas: Certain areas of the property may be off-limits. Please respect all signs and barriers indicating restricted areas.

11. Waste Disposal: All waste and recyclables must be disposed of properly in designated bins. Do not leave any waste on the ground or outside of designated disposal areas.

12. No Fireworks or Open Flames: Fireworks, candles, or any other open flames are not permitted on the property to ensure safety and prevent fire hazards.

13. Pets Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after them.

14. Compliance with Local Laws: All activities on the property must comply with local laws and regulations, including noise ordinances and public health guidelines.

PARKING: Please park in the second driveway or along Nyle Ct. This is ideal for keeping your vehicles out of your shots.

RESTROOM: There is no public restroom at this time, so please plan ahead. The closest bathroom is just one mile west on 55 at the Holiday gas station.

EVENTS: Absolutely no events or weddings of any kind. Please inquire for extended family or groups larger than 8.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY: There may be other photographers on the property at the same time. While there is plenty of space, please communicate and be respectful of sharing areas and getting in each others’ shots.

OTHER: While the property sits on a hill and gets a wonderful breeze that helps keep the mosquitoes away, we do not spray for mosquitoes, so please bring bug spray for a more pleasant experience.

PETS: Please clean up after your pets, keep them on leash and on paths.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION: The field contains vegetation which can be toxic to dogs and humans if consumed. Please keep close watch of pets and children while in the field.
